Messages from Brittany Needles:
One reason knitters value our products is that we are a small family business working hard to make superior knitting tools here at home, using sustainably harvested wood. It has been brought to our attention that crochet hooks from India are beingsold that are blatant copies of ours. Be sure when you buy your needles and hooks that they not only resemble Brittany, but are also stamped with the Brittany name. Thank you for valuing the care we put into creating each needle and hook.

Brittany Needles:
All Brittany products are guaranteed for five years against flaws and breakage from normal use. If your needle breaks we will replace it at no charge.  You will often hear of the Brittany Needles famous 5-year, "Even if Chewed" Guarantee.

Simply send Brittany Needles an email message (knittingneedles@mcn.org) or call them at 707-877-1881, and tell them the size, style, and length of needle you need replaced. Give them your complete mailing address, telephone number, or email address, and allow two weeks for them to process your replacement. Then throw away the broken needle with an apology for the interruption in your knitting!
