Exchange Policy:
Knitting Addiction offers 30 exchanges on almost all yarn products we offer. Please call customer service at 252.255.5648, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.  We are very sorry, but due to the nature of copyrighted materials, we can not offer any exchanges at all on patterns, books, kits or needles.

Refund Policy:
Knitting Addiction does not offer refunds on products or shipping costs.


Shipping Policy/Delivery:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier that will be used is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
• If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 252.255.5648 for charges.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

• Items totaling less than $50 ship for a flate rate of $6
• Items totaling more than $50 ship for FREE!

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In (NC) state
orders will be charged 7.75% sales tax in accordance with internet sales laws.
