Knitting Addiction will exchange yarn in original condition within 14 days of purchase.  Please call Knitting Addiction at 252.255.5648, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of purchase date.  We do not exchange any copywrited materials (books, patterns or kits) or needles.

Refund Policy:
Knitting Addiction does not offer refunds on products or shipping costs.
