Shipping charges within the United States:

• For orders under $20.00, shipping=$5.50
• For orders between $20.01-$50.00, shipping=$7.00
• For orders over $50.01, shipping is FREE!

Shipping charges outside of the United States:

• To be determined after order is placed.
• USPS Priority Mail will be used wherever possible.
• Some destinations may require USPS Global Express Mail.
• You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing order with your exact shipping cost.
• All applicable Customs fees and/or taxes paid by customer.

We ship with 24 hours on the next business day, excluding US Postal Holidays.  COLINETTE KITS may require a 10-14 days shipping according to availability.  Closed US Thanksgiving Day, December 25th, and January 1st.

Our Return/Exchange Policy:
We will accept exchange of yarn only in original, saleable condition, free of any odors, with all tags intact, unused with proper weight, and received by our shop within 14 days of shipment of your original order.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Exchanges are subject to an additional $5.50 or $7.00 shipping charge (free shipping does not apply to exchanges).  There are NO returns or exchanges accepted on needles, patterns, books, notions, or reduced-price sale items.  No refunds given by cash, check or credit.
